Have you try Fiverr ?

Question for you. Somebody here have try Fiverr services ? How is your experience with this website ? I see negative feedback and i want to be sure of this website.

i tried it once to make draw my photo in cartoon style with hand.I used it for 5$ and artist sent me scanned copy to my e-mail.
it's about finding honest people on service.

 

Fiverr can be great! You need to keep your expectations in line though. Think about how much $5 is really worth. There are definitely some things that are of value on there, I have gotten voice over stuff done and some really basic design, but you won't be getting anything that is worth vastly more than the $5 you are paying. If it sounds like the labor going into it is going to take a lot of time, chances are you're going to get a poor result. Keep it basic, try multiple providers, and if you find one you like keep using them.

 

There are some great services offered on Fiverr. I particularly like getting videos and voiceovers done through Fiverr

 

Only deal with highly rated sellers....
stay away from sellers that look like they get
no love from even their own mother...

fiverr needs to ensure better quality control....
right now, it seems anyone can join and offer
a worth-less service that would not get my dogs attention...

I had earned $40 as a seller on fiverr and I had not broken any rules, they kept the money and shut down my account.

I kept emailing them but they ignored me.
Do not sell on fiverr they will take your money.

Yes I know because try fiverr today to sell my micro job and no problems with that. My project is to open a website like fiverr in canada. It's gonna be work you think ?

Edit: My script are ready but I don't know if the people will be like ... Anybody wants to try it (not for real just for test)

 

Fiverr can be good for some services that you find expensive somewhere else... USD 5 for logo or writing content that too 4-5 copies of 400 words can be pretty good. and you need to be selective there as trying anyone for a task needs patience and just going through the bad remarks wont help. Hire people according to your task and I have had some great experiences there.

 

I've been scammed by fiverr as a seller, sell there at your own risk.

 

Hmm, fiverr shutdown my account the other day just for trying to get a refund. While fiverr does have the most traffic, sites like seoclerks.com startups like thegighub.com are also decent places to sell gigs

You should try it . Most IM newbies start to make their first online money on fiverr . It is a real website and they will neva scam you not unless you fail to follow their rules . It is also a place to get what services you can offer and how good you are before you get some experience to work on big freelance website such odesk , elance etc .

 

I've used it quite a few times for different minor services. A couple of times I had to request my money back because the person didn't do the work at all, it took a few days but it got credited to my account.

If you find something you like I'd say its a pretty good site. If you are expecting impressive Google results for $5 Well.............

 

It's at your own risk, but I say give it a shot. I would only use it for small things I need that aren't time-sensitive, just in case...

 

Fiverr is great site to look for freelance worker to do certain tasks for your business. I'd recommend you to buy some services from Trusted sellers with high rating. That way you will have "peace of mind", you won't be scammed.

 

Fiverr is the best site to offer 5$ service. As a seller I was satisfied with that site. My friend is making nice money from fiverr, but I moved on to find something bigger and I want to spread my services. Ofsource there are lots of fake sellers with gig that are not worth a cent. First contact seller, then buy. That's my advice

 

I have used them a few times, with mixed results. Before I buy anything from fiverr, I always, always, always read the comments and find out as much as I can about the vendor.

I've received an absolutely fantastic video! Have gotten lots of traffic (>200,000 impressions) from a banner advertisement but not one conversion. I've dealt with a couple of other vendors who were unable to help in the end but really great to deal with and I would have no problem using them for future endeavours.

Depends on what you're looking for, I think. I would never buy links, tweets or likes, especially nowadays.
