    Hello

Does a forum like DP like really need threads such as:

What colour is your tooth brush?
    Are you a good person?

Might aswell create new threads like the ones below. Won't be surprised if they are already created!!
How many times a day do you fart?
    Do you like farting?
Do you piss in your bed whilst a sleep
How many times a day do you go to the toilet?
When was the last time you fell down?
Do you have hair on your head?
    Do you like walking?
How often do you change your underwear?

Before posting, why not think, is this going to be useful. Example, what colour is your tooth brush? Come on, this is a joke!!! why would one want to know the colour of your tooth brush and why would you want to know!!!!! or am i missing something??

In General Chat you can post pretty much anything you want (as long as it doesn't break the ToU). Usually silly threads like "What color is your underwear" and what-not die out pretty fast, cuz not too many people care about that kinda stuff.

On the other hand subjects like "When was the last time you fell down" may lead to people discussing things like concussion and concussion-related therapies, etc.

So, not everything is as black and white as you might think.

"as well" is two words, not one.

"asleep" is one word, not two. And you're missing a question mark.

The ability to do things for no reason or because they amuse you? Any kind of regularity in your use of fonts? A capital letter at the start of that sentence?

On a (very slightly) more serious note, even the silliest thread can serve a purpose: humour, a distraction from the phenomenally boring 5,000th repetition of the question "What's the best [insert online business process or supplier here]?" or a lesson in grammar. :D

They are really quite important. If you start negotiating a business deal with someone and look through their posting history and see that most of their posts are in the silly threads you may get a different impression of their reliability than if their posts are on more serious topics.

If you don't have the silly threads then the silly people are harder to detect.

People need to increase there post count or get likes so they create useless threads in hopes of there friends liking there replies. Then they post useless threads in other parts of the forum because they are hired to do so.

Lol TIEro and thanks for the lesson on grammar.

Whilst on the topic of grammar/spelling, you made a spelling error on this thread https://forums.digitalpoint.com/threads/hello-to-all-please-review-my-site.2710277/#post-18900665 Have a read through and correct it.

Would you like me to list a few more of your posts with spelling errors? or because you are a professional content writer, you may want to go through all your posts and correct your errors yourself, as it does not give your customers a good impression.

I would recommend you correct your own errors before targeting others.

Sarahk, very good point. Thanks for the explanation and I agree it will give me a good idea when doing business with a few members on this forum. I think i may appreciate such threads more now, LOL. Would have liked your post but limited at the moment. Thanks

Silly questions might get serious answers. Also what might be "silly" to you, might be a question that I have to think about! Or even a real serious question, for example,
"Colour/color of my toothbrush" might be a question if I was starting up a "niche" toothbrush site.
Never, don't wear any and no, I will not provide a screenshot or webcam shot!

Update...just checked out the views of some of these "so called" silly threads! I wish I could get those kind of views to my serious blog postings!

    Feeble retort. :D

Glad you got a chuckle out of the humour, though.
