    but what is the good option for proxy site?
    CPU
    RAM
    Disk Space
    Bandwidth
    and is CPU and Bandwidth only important?
    and what host with good price allow proxy site?

    CPU, RAM, and Disk Space aren't terribly important. The most important is going to be bandwidth. Proxy servers use tons of bandwidth.

    traffic is also depends what your visitors are doing, watching videos, images, etc. anyway, for that amount I'd suggest some powerful VPS with multiple quad-core processors (>=4 cpu) and lot's of ram (>6-8GB).

    You can get a decent VPS for that price. Just make sure you go for a reputable company that have been around for a while, and plan to stick around. Might be worth enquiring with a couple of the guys that have posted above, most of them will have a few promotions on :)

    Proxy servers usually need ram / bandwidth, cpu is never a problem it is network mainly and ram depending on the amount of users.

    Most will allow proxies if they are for legit usage, just shop about.

    As everyone has stated, having enough bandwidth is important for proxy hosting.
    Check the hosting terms of service and acceptable use policy because many hosts do not allow proxies or proxy sites.
    Our VPS start at $1.50/mo and yes, we allow proxies.
