How much is a website worth that makes €2800 a Month in profit?

I have a website that is currently making a profit of €2800 each Month on average. It involves being a reseller for a VPN, it is automatic but there are always customer tickets about connection issues with Mac machines, mainly customers do not read, most are pensioners, so they forget to allow "Send all traffic over VPN" which is the main problem. I am basically wanting to get off the internet and spend time with my family. I want to either rent or sell the website, it is highly ranked in all search engines, great domain name for the niche and is 8 years old. Any idea on what you would do if you were in my situation, sell or rent and for how much?

 

Have you considered hiring somebody part-time for, let's say, €500 - €800 / mo? I am sure there are people (even in your family) who will gladly work with your customers part-time. And if that business keeps growing, you will be glad you didn't sell it.

 

If your question is how much is it worth, normally sites sell on Flippa.com for at least 3x the revenue. The buyer is going to have to be tech savy to deal with the support tickets.

When you say 3x the revenue, do you mean monthly revenue or yearly?
I would definitely be looking for 12+ months revenue
