Buying Need American Writers To Write Top Lists

Hello, I have a website that is currently looking for writers to write great viral content. The great thing about this is you get paid for how good your content is. You sign up at viralline.com and enter your google adsense publisher ID. When you create a article your ads will display on the article page, making you great money. I may be interested, but I have a few questions, which I'm sure others will want to know about too..

#1 - Would the article be published in my name? With a link back to my site?
#2 - What type of traffic does your site get on average (I get that the traffic would depend on the type/quality of the post, ect)
#3 - It looks like most of the posts there have images/videos/gifs. Is this required?
#4 - How long does it typically take to review & publish once a post is submitted?

Hey There! Here are some answers for you.
#1. Yes, we suggest real names and google plus links (to enable Google authorship for each author). As for the linkback, since we are allowing users to make money from our site we cannot have any linkbacks. If we had our own ads on each post, then we wouldnt mind the backlink route but thats not the case. We do allow linkbacks to your social profiles like facebook, twitter, etc.
#2. Currently, we are getting about 30,000-50,000 p/v a month
#3. No, images, gifs, etc are not required but we add them because they engage the reader and make for a better post.
#4. Reviewing posts can take anywhere from 5 minutes to 3 hours but its usually pretty quick.
