In my eyes recycling is a little, big concept. Recycling isn't the hardest thing to do, yet many people are too lazy to simply throw the plastic water bottle into the recycling bin rather than into the trash can. Somewhat build irritation when I see this happen. Not to force recycling on all people but it just would help our planet that we all live in.

I think it should be a personal choice. Just like everything else in life. If someone wants to recycle - great, but if it's shoved down our throats like it's the best thing that has ever happened to our planet since the beginning of time, then I say: Ah, no, not really. My family recycles simply because they gave us those green baskets and we think if they can use used bottles and cans to make other things then we are more than happy to give those items to them. But never once, even for a moment, have I thought that I am doing some kind of merit to our planet. I think it's ridiculous it even think that way. But it's just my opinion.

I think recycling should be done by everyone. Because every inhabitant on earth has a role to play in keeping the earth a great place to live at.

Yes I do believe recycling should be done, because every product on this earth has byproduct usage.
Some days back I saw a pic in newspaper "A keyboard lying on dry river", in fact it was not the place to throw a keyboard.
Rather recycle it and have some other usage.

I agree its a little thing we can all do that can make a big difference.
E-waste is a huge problem and there needs to be a way to fix it

In our town, they will not pick up your weekly trash unless you have accompanying recycling bins filled with stuff, too. At least, that is their policy though many times the recycling truck comes before the trash truck, so the trash people never really see if recycling was out and have to pick up everything, anyway, because there may have been a recycling bin out there. The town implemented this policy a few years ago when it was actually making money from the recycled paper it collected that helped to subsidize the trash pick up. My understanding is that the demand (and, therefore monies paid) for recycled paper disappeared and there is no money in it any more.
