Anyone here who like to smoke premium cigars? I always smoke at least 3 cigars a day, my favorite would be Arturo Fuente and Padron. The Arturo Fuente God of Fire and Opus X The Lost City is my favorite cigars but very expensive, about $300+ for ten cigars but they are my usual cigars though.

Several years ago, I managed a smoke shop that had a large cigar humidor with a variety of products I was able to sample. The Arturo Fuentes were a popular brand, but my favorites were/are Acid Golden Sumatra and CAO Moontrance. These are very sweet smokes, and probably not something an "actual" aficionado would smoke, but they are moderately priced ($20/10 tin, last I knew) and I like the smaller size.

I have not smoked a cigar in a few years, but do enjoy one on occasion. However, the really strong, Havana-like cigars are not something that I enjoy. I prefer Macanudo's because they are not so strong, yet very tasty. However, the best cigar I have ever had was a Nat Sherman. I often described smoking a Nat Sherman as like eating a candy bar (they are not at all sweetened or sweet, by the way) because the smoke was so smooth and tasty.

That said, I also have enjoyed the sweetened cigars after a nice dinner. Something like Swisher Sweets or Wolf's Rum-soaked cigars. A true cigar aficionado would scoff at these, of course, but I found them to be a nice after-dinner cigar on occasion.

I am jealous! I always wanted to open my own cigars shop because there's no cigars shop around here, the closest cigars shop would be about five hours drive which is in Tennessee in Gatlinberg but too far for me just for the cigars although every time I go there on vacation, I'd always get a lot of them to at least last me for a while but I often buy them through online (like popular cigars online store such as Thompson Cigar).

I also smoke small cigars and always buy tins along with larger cigars but the tin I must get/have these (took the picture just now via Iphone 5s):

Mostly I smoke cigars when I am outside doing something especially riding my four wheeler (ATV) on the trails.

How come you no longer manage a smoke shop if you don't mind my asking?

The owners apparently only hired me to set their store up for them, and program their cash register/inventory POS database, I guess. One day, they just came in and cut me loose without giving me a reason. Near as I can figure, once I had everything set up, they replaced me with cheaper employees. Just as well; after I was out of the picture, they turned it into a bath-salt selling beer store (before bath-salts became illegal). I don't know if the humidor is still there, but it was a popular spot with the guys headed to the golf courses up the road.

3 cigars a day? Wow, that's a lot. I used to smoke cigars until my state raised tobacco taxes so high I could no longer justify the expense. I used to enjoy a cigar every Friday as my little reward for making it through the week. I liked Arturo Fuente. I used to smoke another mainly (I cannot remember) then I moved over to Punch. Right before the taxes went up, I went to the cigar shop and bought a number of different kinds of cigars.

The best cigar I ever had was Cuban. It was far and away the best cigar I ever had. A guy I knew smuggled it in from Canada. I asked him how much I owed him and he told me not to worry about it as it was only a $3 cigar. The most expensive cigar I smoked was like $15. That $3 Cuban was much better than the $15 cigar.
