Does anybody know if there are any good free ones out there?

If not, are there any good cheap ones out there?

I'm just looking for something basic to add on to a site, and something that I can customize the look of.

    Thanks.

    There's many out there.

Check out Alstrasoft's SMS Text Messaging Enterprise:
    http://alstrasoft.com/sms.htm

Try searching SMS or text message at Hotscripts.com. I have seen many custom coded SMS scripts here aswell..

    Good luck,

Yeah I saw that one, I'm not looking to spend $400 though. And I don't want to require users to become a member and earn credits to text.

Thanks, I bought it because it was only $3 lol, but I probably won't use it. I don't like that the user has to select what phone service the recipient will use.

I have tested this script and the auto detect option works well for carriers not on the list.......so the users can in effect leave it to auto detect for any carrier and don't have to select a specific carrier. I would think you could set it to auto detect by default and eliminate user need to enter carrier
