this is a monthly project I have 1000 article order every month.

I can pay 1 to 1.6$ per article not more.

and I need daily 30 articles atleast.

You can write from anyone but ensure good quality.

Wake up and smell the coffee man! If you have such a tight budget, why not just go to a free article directory and copy some good articles directly?? Credit the source, you'll at least not get penalized by Google; but it's NOT a guarantee.

$1.60 per article of 700 words is honestly a ridiculous price. You'll have a better shot at reducing the number of articles and paying for a higher price. If you do find someone to write 700 word articles for $1.60, the quality will probably end up being more harmful to your website.

 

I hope you have a stockpile of headache medicine. You are going to need it.

Promises of long-term work, big work etc. and excuses of tight budget are not really going to work out friend. No savvy writer will believe such pretenses.

I agree with what @Normanwalker says. You are far better off investing whatever funds you have into a handful of good quality articles rather than putting up a pile of crappy content. Low quality will do more harm than good.

@GodsOwnWriter, being a writer myself, I understand your frustration that comes when you see posts with this kind of pay. There ARE good paying clients here, though few, but they post their gigs very rarely.

 

From my personal experience here, good clients do not post gigs at all. They just lurk around and pm people who have shown, through their posts here, that they (the posters) can actually write in English. So if you are looking for jobs here, just be a good and active member. The clients will notice you sooner than you expect. Just make sure that you show (in your posts) that you actually know how to write in English and you know what you are writing about. If wat u rite is sumting laik dis, den u shld cosidre a karier chng.
