[ Help ] problem in deleting account on web hosting

Hi friends I got a problem in web hosting.
I registered my domain in host.lc free hosting site. But after that there is no option to delete account from that.
Also no option for contact.
When I try to make ticket it shows only upgraded members can make ticket.
And no any contact option is there.
How I Can delete my account from that site ?

Hmmmm, I was reading through their ToS where they don't state anything about cancellations. All in all it doesn't say much at all. However When I clicked on Contact Us I tried to submit the form/ticket and it seems to have worked. Now, if they reply there and how long it takes is something I wouldn't know. Why do you want to cancel anyway? As its a free host they shouldn't be charging you anything anyways.

 

reason of cancellation is the server problem. I have installed many of large scripts plugin in my website. after that my website is being down on every 1 minute. Every time I suffered from downtime error.
But other free hosting was working fine.

 

Sure, this is a completely valid reason for cancellation. My point was - why should you care if you can contact them or not - you haven't paid any money so far and don't intent to spend in the future with them. Leave it be and move forward.

Now, if they have an autorenewal in place and that charges you for a paid account and the only way to stop is by cancelling - then I fully understand your frustration and you should continue trying to contact them, while keeping records of your tries in case you need to dispute a charge.

 

So are they holding your website registration hostage, in effect? Or are you able to transfer the domain to another web hosting service?

 

It is a free account. just delete info you don't want their and then change your email address in the settings to some bogus email and move on.
