What do you mean by your diet being low? low in protein.....low in carbs? need a little bit more info on that because that could be why you are not gaining any weight due to your size. I would think you need to eat more proteins and fats and carbs in your diet but I can't tell you without knowing your diet. Also, if you are training in the gym, you could definitely use a good mass gainer protein powder in your diet everyday.

I would be more than pleased to offer you 10-15 Kg from my body. Let me know where to email it to. It will be a file with a .fat extension that can be converted to a .kgs when you receive it.

Or, you could just make your diet "high" by eating more and better food.

Protein supplement is what you needs like whey protein, convert those gain to muscle by working out and eat more protein rich foods ie, skinless chicken breast, eggs and lots of protein shakes. Best way is to Google fitness.

Have you looked at your Macros? Macros are a guide on what food groups you need to eat to gain a certain amount of weight. Their are lots of Macro calculators on the internet, for example: iifym(dot)com/iifym-calculator/ and google is your best friend (look up "macro calculator"). Your Macros are the percentages and amounts of the three main food groups: Carbohydrates, Protein and Fats. Rule of thumb is east more fats and protein to LOSE weight and increase the Carbohydrates if you want to GAIN weight.

A side note, there is a common misconception that eating fat makes you fat. This is the opposite. If you try to gain weight by eating fat, you will lose even more weight. Check out the Macros. It's a start to knowing how your own body works and operates.

You should look into all your body daily needs, both for macros and kcal.

In a nutshell, you should combine working out (lifting weights) with better nutrition, and by that I mean eating more (more kcal) and healthy balance of proteins/carbs/fats.

From a person who lost tons of weight, the #1 things I did was cut all sugar. So if you want to gain do the same eat sugar. (disclaimer it's not healthy but you will gain weight). I try to eat the most nutrients with the least calories so you should do the opposite.

To gain weight, you need to eat more calories than your body uses each day. You need to do this regularly. It's not enough just to have occasional extra snacks.

I agree with you @King-Servers but he is asking to increase. If I had to do it, I would go with muscle mass not fat, but that's me. I had to struggle to loose weight i"m happy now so I don't want to do it.

    Easy!
Eat every 3hours, sleep and repeat.
Of course must start with eating your favourite food (not diet menus).

I have found the solution for your problem (assuming that you can travel to the U.K.)

*-- British chef serves 8,000-calorie 'Hibernator' breakfast --*
CONGLETON, England (UPI) - A British cafe is testing the limits of good taste in the the morning with "The Hibernator," a breakfast dish packing a whopping 8,000 calories. Mark Winder, owner of the Bear Grills cafe in Congleton, England, said that only 20 customers have so far attempted to take on "The Hibernator," which weighs 7 pounds and amounts to nearly four times the daily recommended caloric intake for an adult man. Winder said no one has yet succeeded in finishing the dish, which he requires diners to sign waivers before attacking. "It's called 'The Hibernator' because if anyone completes it, they'll have to sleep for a year," Winder said. The breakfast includes four fried eggs, four strips of bacon, eight sausages, four hash browns, a four-egg cheese omelet, four waffles, four pieces of toast, four pieces of fried bread, four pieces of black pudding, two ladles of beans, tomatoes, mushrooms, French fries and a 2,000-calorie milkshake to wash it all down.
