Probably because you are violating the Adsense guidelines in some way, without seeing your site we can't really help.

Nope; nothing to do with the niche. They keep getting banned as they keep committing fraud after their first account was banned by trying to open subsequent accounts.

Of course they are!! You are only allowed one adsense account! To try and open more is fraud. Forget about it. Adsense is over for ever for you. Fraudsters are not wanted in the system.

when adsense say you posed a "significant risk", it means that you are not provide quality click/traffic, your clicks are either fraud click or/and low quality clicks.

I think your account has been disabled due to fraud clicks.

As Agent000 said you are allowed only one account. In addition spammy traffic can also terminate your account

Really, would you recommend a joint venture with someone who's been banned from Adsense 6 times? Perfect way to lose your Adsense account.

Speculation on what is causing the disabled accounts is definitely no way to resolve your issue. You should email Adsense support and ask them why it is happening. I'd definitely say it is more than likely multiple accounts depending on what type of information is tied to the account. Are they all registered under the same EIN or SSN ? I've had ONE adsense account since 2006 and I've never encountered an issue like this.

That is not a service that Adsense offers to disabled publishers.

Wrong, you can appeal it ONCE and request more information prior.

Wrong. You can appeal a zillion times (but they ignore most of them after the first few), but you can NOT email them (as you claimed) and they will NOT provide you with any more information if you request it.
