I adore Chinese food! I have tested frogs' legs in the Chinese restaurant for the first time and it is still something exciting for me!

It depends what you mean by "Chinese food". Apart from the fact that there are eight distinct regional cuisines in China itself, there are also the so-called Chinese restaurants in other countries. Of the regional cuisines, I detest Shanghainese food, and both Pekinese and Szechuanese are for occasional treats only. By far the best regional cuisine in China is Cantonese, which is best at bringing out the delicate flavours of ingredients such as fish, but you'd have to pay me to eat in a Chinese restaurant in the UK, where the dishes are nominally based on Cantonese cuisine but bear no resemblance to real Cantonese food.

My favourites include deep-fried crispy chicken, roasted suckling pig and dim sum such as har gow, siu mai and char siu bao. Possibly top of the list would be gu lo yuk (sweet and sour pork), although this is a phenomenally difficult dish to get right and I wouldn't order it unless I knew the chef; it is actually used as a test of a chef's competence if they are applying for a job at a top restaurant in Hong Kong.

Well, first off, I'm not trying to show how well I am translating Chinese into English. Next, this is primarily an English-speaking forum and as such, you should and are much better off posting your replies in English. I bet very few people will understand the text you've put up there. All others will have a hard time figuring it out unless they use Google Translate or something similar. I'm trying to save everyone's time by posting the meaning in English. However, Google Translate is not human and that's why, it'll not deliver a prefect output. So, I'm getting the translation verified by you as you're the best judge because you've made the post.:)
BTW, is the translation by Google right? If not, would you mind posting the correct one?

I love Chinese food especially if it was made by my favorite chef or ordered from my favorite restaurant. Chinese foods have all these spices that made the dishes smells so yummy. I love dumplings especially. I also like Korean and Thai foods.
