    I think your site looks great, loads of useful tips and content. The only thing I could suggest, is changing the white background of the ad blocks on the right side, to the same color as the menu background.

    actually i tried hat...with text in blue and background grey...but it just didn't work out because
    1)i wasn't able to get the exact bg color
    2)They were getting too blended....which meant easily ignored by the eye. I'm not sure about this point though, I trusted my own eye for this :D

    Well I'm confused now. I actually placed that ad block after reading a very reputed blogger's ideas on this. Here is his post abou ad placement:
