3) basically this requirement for Indians but can go with outside India if I find best work examples & price is under my budget.

Also, no decent writer focuses on "how much content" they can produce in a certain time period. Writing and crafting meaningful content shouldn't be about quantity or how quick it can be done. It depends on the niche and the requirements but writing content that people actually want to read takes time.
