How to target the Business with Medical

Hi!
I want to target the medical hospital particularly the one where we have birth or say delivers of babies.
The concept is to target the high class people to buy the property for their new baby. Is it good to just prmote the business or we can share some thought about the baby and mother health. I am going for some standy display over the hospitals.

Can anyone help with some idea?

 

It sounds confusing.Can you clarify whether your business or client is medical hospital or selling some property?

Try this for rental/Selling property

Great accommodation for nurses, doctors, and hospital staff near hospital. Low EMI/rent, Home Food available, free laundry etc.

Post it rigorously in olx, quikr, facebook and if possible mail all the hospitals. I am sure you will be able to get calls related to your business.

I don't want online promotion here. It's just offline display on standy.
Basically I want to know whether we can focus on health tips while branding or just brand only!

 

Just focus on brand i.e. property and that for medical professionals nothing else.

 

Try to market senior citizens too especially single old women. They often need medical care, may buy property near hospitals.

In my eyes, when a parent have a new born baby, they don't have a place of thoughts for a property for their baby. They keep themselves more busy about the other parenting stuffs.
But, when the baby becomes a child or kid, that is when they start to think about properties. So, schools will be better than hospitals for your business.

Why after birth? You may set you targets and goals before birth of child. For this, If your targets are high elite class, then your approach (and access definitely) to high class Hospitals, were you can get the lists of patients, (women who expecting), and then tell them about your health goods.

 

Guys, I congrats you!! because you are going for some standy display over the hospitals. I also have enough interest about it. I wanted to do something for teenage girls, bays, pregnant women, old women. What's your plan about them?

 

As per the class of hospital is concern, it is world class hospital with a good brand name.

We are targeting the maternity hospital as people coming their both male and female (either for delivery, checkup or just for taking up the wife or other female member of family) they can see the stadny with our message hence if interested will going buy home. Since we have been allowed to put standy only we can do that only. We are not allow to talk to patients or relative unless they contact us.

so you're selling property so people can build hospitals on that property? Please clarify

 

NO it's not like that.

We have connection with Hospital, the manager have friends there and they mutually agreed to do free ads. But the hospital is labor hospital where child birth take place. This hospital is well know and have different hospital in different categories of medicine. But my manager friend is in the maternity hospital. The friends of his allowing us to put some standy or a little hoarding there, hence I want help how to target the people coming to the hospital, both doc and patience.
