    April Fool?
I hate to shatter any illusions but eggs contain the same nutritional content whatever time of year.

The nutrient content of the egg is least influenced by the season. So you can eat egg on any season. An egg a day will make you healthy but don't take it in excess :)

If you are not allergic to eggs then you can eat as many as you want. But make sure you do exercise otherwise it will store fat in your body.

there is a higher risk of salmanela poisons from eggs in the summer(due to temperature), especially if the eggs are old and not cooked properly.

After having eggs ( only egg white... yellow is far unhealthy) Have curd / cucumber it neutralises the heat factor and is more fruitfull !!!

No dont eat eggs in summer!
and dont disregard what happen in Terminator.

the digested nurtrients, yolk, and all other parts of the egg will reform in your stomach, building as a whole again and
since its summer you are getting auto heat, that will help insulate the egg and grow a live chicken!

if you can chance that, egg's good in summer :p
