    We agreed on a test budget of 1950$. It quickly was clear that our agreed traffic volume was not met on their site so they started to send a 4/24 cap without our consent.

    Our request for refunds are ignored to this day.

    Have you ever considered going with AdWords or Bing Ads instead? I personally prefer Bing Ads. Stay away from their search partners, but other than that it's an excellent way to get your name out on the Yahoo and Bing search engines.
