    I Don't believe you're allowed to receive money directly into your bank account from selling on ebay. But I do know you can transfer money from paypal into your bank.

    Yep - you must go through PayPal but their conversion rates aren't awful.
    You could set up a US bank account and direct money there, then handle the conversion yourself? A few good tools have popped up, e.g. TransferWise, which might be cheaper.

    Have a look at Payoneer. https://www.payoneer.com/ They are now available in India, and their service includes a US bank account. Money from PayPal can go to that account, and you can use the Payoneer debit card to withdraw the cash in India.

    Go to their site, click on Customer Help https://payoneer.custhelp.com/ then scroll down and click on Ask a Question, then you can choose from Send a Message, Live Chat, or Call Us.

    Dude its not going to work without PayPal.

    Sorry to say that, Payoneer is not going to play major role here. With PayPal you can directly withdraw money to your account. Once you hit the $10 threshold. It's get directly credited to your account.

    PayPal hasn't delivered my card and all efforts to reach them is to no avail.
    They are not even replying their mail.
