    Hi

Can you think of any foods which do not include water, or water was not used for it to grow?

I am not aware of any carbon-based life forms that do not require at least some water at some point in their life. But if you come up with something, please post a picture of it on the food thread in my signature line. :)

Powdered coffee creamer is food made out of processed plastic. Doesn't require water to be made.

I think all foods require water to grow. Water posses a big challenge to many farmers, lots of people have big chunks of land in Africa (I'm from here) but can't farm because of inadequate water access

I couldn't think of any food which does not require water.

Never heard of this one, so no coffee is used in the process? Water must be used in the initial stages?

Two parts to that question, and I kinda want to know why you are asking so I can better understand the answer you are looking for.
There are Millitary MRE's that have all water removed, and I know online you can buy alot of dehydrated foods, that are often guaranteed for long term storage, say 10-25 years. However, to eat you often need to rehydrate the food, and or drink more water then normal to compensate for no water in the food you are eating.

But to my knowledge, all food needed some form of water in order to create it. I do know that meat needs significant amounts of water compared to vegetables. So if you are asking from an environmental perspective, or if you are asking on how society can be more sustainable in regions with minimal water... then eating less meat, and eating more vegetables is the solution.
Some vegetables need even less water then others, combine that with water efficient irrigation techniques, and you could grow edible food with minimal amounts of water.
    Hope that helps.
