Fresh Relevance Experience?

I am researching a U.K. company called Fresh Relevance. They offer real time marketing technology and services for ecommerce sellers. Does anyone have experience with or knowledge of this company or its technology? Do you know of any competitors? Their website is freshrelevance.com and I would appreciate any thoughts or opinions. TIA.

Hi, yes I think that they do sell through channel partners, though the bulk of their business seems to be direct sales. Do you have experience with this type of ecommerce marketing technology? If so, I would love to hear what you found helpful, what technology you have used, etc. Thanks for your reply.

 

I've never worked with them personally but it looks like they have a good range of products. I guess my only concern would be cost - if you're not working with the largest budget, these guys might price themselves a little out of your range. Marketing automation is getting a little expensive and high-end these days, so I would try to talk to a sales rep or something and see how much it costs. If they're too much there's a lot of free/low-cost tools you can use that can offer basically the same features, if that helps.

 

What low-cost or free tools are out there to compete with them?
