Re-indexing backlinks?

Hi, everybody. I would like to know what are the options for indexing backlinks that are not indexed a week or more after posting? Are there any free options for re-indexing? And what options in general give the best results. I would appreciate your answers, linkbuilders. Thanks.

Are you serious about social media sharing? Is it really useful for that?

 

One of the best option is bookmark them to few of top SBM sites because bookmarking sites crawled frequently than other and thats why many link builder add this with other services like article submission and SBM of landing page (After article approval).
