U.S. Presidential Election Predictions?

Discussion in 'Politics & Religion' started by jrbiz, Nov 3, 2024.

The election is Tuesday. I have been following the polls, the news (fake and real) and it seems to me like Trump will win and Republicans will take the House and the Senate, as a result. Given that the polls (which are mostly run by biased leftists) are showing Trump tied with Kamala or even leading by a little, that could mean that it will be a landslide for him. In fact, the poll that has gotten it right most times (Rasmussen,) is saying just that: Trump is going to win big. Thoughts?

You cannot believe 90% of the polling organizations because they are run by fake news types. Especially at the end, they try to influence the election with wrong results (mostly trying to discourage conservatives.) So, the fact that they are showing it "close" likely presages a Trump landslide.

The key is how well Trump and the Republicans will prevent the crooked poll workers in swing states from stealing the election as they did in 2020. As important as it is to get out the vote today, they need to put in a massive safeguard effort to stop the steal.

So Trump won and his coattails flipped the Senate Republican. One of the best parts is that Harris will now fade into complete obscurity and we will not have to see or hear from her again. I also am so ready for a Trump 2.0 economy. I think that it will be even better than his first term economy which is the best I have seen in my lifetime. Watch the stock market respond almost immediately to this great news.

He not only won the Electoral College, but he won the popular vote, as well. Keeping the House (looks like) and flipping the Senate only make the win bigger. Can you say Mandate? ;)

Btw, there are a lot of people asking why Kamala got 15 million less votes than Biden did in 2020? This election was even more publicized and promoted and she spent $2B+ on it (more than Biden spent in 2020.) Fake News has story after story saying it is no big deal, but that rings hollow. One big difference they do not mention is that the Republicans made voting security a top priority, especially in those swing state polling places that had suspicious activities and results in 2020. Republicans had lawyers everywhere, thereby preventing crooked Dem poll workers from doing their thing. Just saying...

Get the illegals out, secure the border, and stop weirdos who pretend to be women from using women's washrooms, and stop them from entering women's sports, and I'll join the MAGA movement.

The thing about Trump, unlike any other presidential candidate that I have ever experienced, is that he actually keeps his campaign promises. So, you can expect that he will try do all of what you are saying and more. Whether there are still too many RINO's in the House and Senate to get all of his policies passed, remains to be seen. However, his landslide victory should give him some juice, in this regard.

His biggest campaign promise challenge will actually be draining the Swamp. Obama, the Kenyan, totally corrupted the IRS, the DOJ, the DHS, and the intelligence agencies the way that the Daley crime family trained him in his early political years in Chicago. Did you hear how FEMA leadership told flood workers to skip houses with Trump signs in the emergency hurricane efforts? The leadership of these agencies have become enemies of the people and it will be interesting to see how much Trump can actually do against this powerful and evil group.

I don't like Trump personally but he is needed in this chaotic world that we live in. He ought to stop wasting money on the Ukrainian stalemate, let Israel finish the job, make all countries pay their 2% GNP on Nato, and *NOT* slap on tariffs on China, Canada,or Mexico. This will only serve to drive up inflation in all affected countries including the U.S..

J.D. Vance should stop this transgender indoctrination in schools. Men who get surgery and take estrogen are still men...no amount of political correctness will ever convince me otherwise.

Trump has always been a brash, over the top NYC real estate developer. That is his personality and it is what made him successful in real estate in the nastiest real estate markets. Snowflakes cannot get beyond this and refuse to see the great results he produced in his first term as president. I am so looking forward to the Trump 2.0 economy to come.

This snowflake does not like the fact that this orange faced jerk fooled around on his pregnant wife, ran down John McCain, and has no respect for men who fell or fought for their country. Go ahead and hero worship him if you like. I guess anything goes as long as he fits your political needs huh?

If infidelity precludes anyone from being in office, the halls of the White House and Congress will be nearly empty.

I have found it amusing how John McCain has achieved sainthood with some. He had already run for president and was mixing it up with Trump like any other down and dirty politician. (Remember, Trump is a counter-puncher who never strikes first.) Suddenly, Trump is not supposed to forcefully respond to yet another RINO politician's comments because of his military record before politics? McCain was no shrinking violet and gave as good as he got with Trump. Only the fake news was "shocked, shocked, shocked!" by that whole tempest in a teapot. The funny part was that the fake news had said much worse about McCain when he was actually the Republican candidate for president years earlier.

That hoax has been debunked for years. You only have to look at who the active military voted for this time around. It sure wasn't Kamala.

I am looking forward to the potential of the economy under Trump, to him getting the illegals out, securing the border, and stopping weirdos who pretend to be women from using women's washrooms, and stopping them from entering women's sports. I am also looking forward to him stopping the wasted money on the Ukrainian stalemate, letting Israel finish the job, and making all countries pay their 2% GNP on NATO. There is much more than that, of course. It is all about the results, for me. The Orange Man Bad hysterics are just a side show because it is hard to refute his actual results.

Right, like getting "Mexico to pay for the wall" and claiming the election results as fixed when he loses, but being strangely silent when he wins. Saying that Neo Nazis and KKK are "fine people" in Charlotsville, and advising people to inject bleach during the Covid pandemic. Now he is going to use JFK Junior to be your health czar, this conspiracy theorist (JFK) is still an anti vaxer. Marjorie Talyor Greene might be soon put in charge of Homeland Security..with these kind of results may God save America!

In the scheme of things, the cost of the wall is trivial. He did get Mexico to pay to keep illegals in Mexico while waiting for their fake asylum claims to be denied and he did get Mexico to pay for increased border security on their southern and northern borders. More important, he dramatically cut down illegal immigration and will do so again. And, he is going to try to ship many of them back. Happy to pay those transportation costs.

You obviously did not see his many posts about making the vote "Too big to rig" which was a long discussed goal of this campaign. Make it a landslide so that their cheating will not be enough. It worked. And he cited that slogan again the day after the election.

    Another debunked hoax.

    Yet another debunked hoax.

It's RFK Jr., not JFK. A lot of shady things have gone on with the FDA, CDC, and the NIH. E.g., secretly funding gain of function research at the Wuhan Lab that likely released Covid. Not a bad idea to shake up those agencies, as well. Big Pharma will fight hard to keep the status quo, of course.

I have not heard that rumor. I was pleased to hear that he is steering clear of Pompeo and Haley, neither of whom he really can trust. His Chief of Staff pick sounds to be a good one. Amazing that such a misogynist would place the first woman ever in this role.

You know, I have never invested in crypto, but when Bitcoin hit $20K, I figured it had maxxed out, anyway. Silly me.

Lot of projections it will go beyond $100K. Who knows, it's pretty much like any investment - lots of risk.
I first bought Bitcoin in 2017 or 2018 and I'm pretty pleased with myself for that.
