Is a PR5 site worth 25k if it only gets 150 hits a day?

PR is simple to get, traffic is not. So no in other words. Not even close.

Take a look at the backlinks, not the PR.

25K can buy you a LOT of great sites!

Thats a decent number. Is this just the domain or is the site making money?

The site made just under $45,000 last year, his asking price was $35,000 but I weaseled him down to 25k bank wire if I want it.

I have viewed commissions its legit.. Just $25,000 is alot of moeny I dont necessarily have.

He said he wants to try something different.

Is it an affiliate site? Is it an online shop that has a high sales rate? Depending on what they sell it might be worth that much. If it makes like 3,000 a month ($100 a day). Using the standard 8-10 times monthly revenue, it'd be a decent buy.

But that's probably not the case (HIGHLY unlikely) so my answer:

    No.

    PM me the URL.

    It's an online gambling/casino place..
He gets 25% net losses, he has over 2,000 sign ups and about 300 active clients. He makes on average $3500 per month from his affiliate package.. The casino/sportsbook involved is a highly reputable business and if I can come up with $25,000 I get affiliate package and Pr5 website.

Sounds like a scam in the making. Especially by bank wire.
