Is a PR5 site worth 25k if it only gets 150 hits a day?

Im not sure how it is a scam though.. I see his reports, he even gave me his login info and passwords..

it only takes 1 player to make you thousands in the gambling scene which I understand.

I think the reason he is selling cheaply is the simple fact the usa government is cracking down on gambling websites*(or attempted to)

If someone offered you this stuff right now and you had to make a decision, is it a deal or no deal!

so what's the doubt in your mind? I think most people are normal webmaster than has nothing to do the the casino stuff.

since you are in the game, you trust his stat and it is only half years of rev...why not just go ahead?

    I don't have 25 thousand dollars..

its a gold mind in my opinion, maybe I can become part owner if I recommend a party to him for finding this website?

He ranks #1 on yahoo search engines for alot of stuff related to gambling.

The online casino/gambling biz has changed. It is possible that someone made $45k last year and will make nothing this year. The U.S. has strengthened there stance against online gambling. They say 80% of money gambled online is from the U.S.. There is a lot of movement in the industry and no one knows where the dust is going to settle.

The other thing to consider is the affiliate accounts. Do they come with? This is where the income is, the players already signed up. If you have to start with 0 players it could take some time to build a nice income. It is also important to consider how the $45k is made, is it one player or many. It is possible in the casino industry to make that much off one large player, if this is the case the seller is very lucky to have captured such a whale and you can not count on doing the same.

If you are not familiar with this highly competitive industry, I would be very cautious. There is a lot of money to be made, but there are people already making it. Do not enter blind for $25k, you need to do more research.

    Good luck!

as far as I know you can't change the owner name of an affiliate account, it's against the TOS. better read up on VIP's new R&R to make sure.
