Do you make a full time living from these sites or is it a second or side job?

Thats all the sites you have?? ;)

I have 60+ and I know people who have many more lol.....though they're not sane either :p

Dont sell keep (well you can sell to me) but I would keep them. Having multiple streams of revenue is the best thing to ensuring never meeting financial disaster.

Remember you are building a business, albeit different from a bricks & mortar business, but just as in the offline world, businesses online take time to develop to their potential.

I would look at the many ways you can monetize the sites as well, by sticking to one income source for all your websites can see a financial disaster, should that revenue source change.

    Peace

Probably will be fulltime soon - I would not have thought that a week ago, but I added AdSense, I've been doing some SEO, and my earnings have soared. I feel overwhelmed, but maybe it's because I'm trying to maintain a job (and graduate college!) at the same time. :)

Hmmm, I'm having second thoughts. As I've monitored traffic to all of my sites over the past few days (but especially today), FreewayWebhost gets more traffic than all of the other sites combined. Something tells me I could do so much more with it if it were my only site - and then something else tells me, "Don't sell everything!!!" :p What to do, what to do???? :p

Do what I do and push the traffic to your other sites. I just had these ads installed on my site which look like Google ads.

Watch as the first link is to an affiliate program.

Stay focused and pick the one you like the best and give it your all. The others you can sell or let sit and develop later. Here is the first thing that comes to mind for each site:

Global: too competitive, requires much work to stay on top.
Uploadfx: possible legal issues, constant management.
Easyforex: too competitive, have to push traffic to site.
FirstWarning: targeting website owners, familiar with ads, low ctr.
    Triprofit: small market.
Global domains: people love testimonials, and you have them!
Freewaywebhost: Very nice layout! You could rework the ad a little and have a great CTR. Lots of potential here.

Listen to what your inner webmaster is telling you. Focus on one site. The others will distract you from your main goal and you’ll be checking stats, tweaking pages, wondering… Free yourself from the burden and realize your full potential (heard that late last night on paid programming :))

He probably depends on the Google Adsense ads placed on his site.

Actually the more I look at it with the exception of the Forex site (Nice push for adsense income) you have a very nice network of sites that should be pushing traffic to each other.

Should you wish to ignore my wise thinking please forward me the price for all of the domains with the exception of the Forex site.... and if you dont want to include Freewaywebhost I will still take whats left :D

After surfing the internet, I found that having a web site that takes credit cards, etc. may need insurance (Professional liability) in case someone hack the site(s) and the owner may get sue. Is this something that you may have thought of before developing websites? I was just wondering and asked if you know of any online insurance carriers? Thanks.

There are several options. Form a corporation and insure yourself against liability claims and get an indemnity bond for the officers.,

You can also try these links for internet business insurance

Believe me, we're covered. ;) I would suggest consulting with legal counsel to figure out what will work for you. I just don't want to say too much about this on a public forum.

I have this battle with myself all to often (acutally having it today...what to keep what to get rid of). I think you're making the great decision to focus on a main project. How ever someone else mentioned something I think is a good idea also consider keeping more then just one possible to keep yourself spread out amongst more then just one site for revenue...Ya just never know what hapens down the line.

I am in the same boat, perhaps you should choose 1 and try to sell that off, reinvest the money into the other sites and slowly wittle yourself down to a smaller list eventually

Ok, I think I've come to a decision. I plan to sell TRIPROFIT, uploadFX, Easy Forex Info, and GlobalWebBrands. I will close down RefiClearinghouse. I will hang onto FreewayWebhost and KnowYourDowntime.com, as well as another site I have that I did not mention here.

Thanks to everyone for your help - it was awesome! :)
