    I am working on a table that will provide some information on much a PageRank level is worth. I wanted to get some input from some experianced members on here that could give input as follows:

    (My current number)

    PR1 = $35

    PR2 = $60

    PR3 = $100

    PR4 = $125

    PR5 = $155

    PR6 = $190

    PR7 = $220

    PR8 = $280

    PR9 = $360

    PR10 = $450

    Thanks to all who post.

    You mean the price of a link from a page with those PR values?
    There many other factors (more important than PR) that you should take into account to value a link.

    If you ask me its more like:

    Pr1 = $5
    Pr2 = $10
    Pr 3 = $50
    Pr4 = $100
    Pr5 = $300
    Pr6 = $600
    Pr7 = $1000
    Pr8 = $1500
    Pr9 = $3000
    Pr10 = ?

    Saying that, I'm not sure what I'n trying to value here.

    Im just looking for how much a certain PR is worth. With not outside factors. I know its kind of confusing but im looking for a lot of info to compile and look at to put a little algo together I have in mind.

    PR in and of itself will be near impossible to place a value on, as it's the secondary and tertiary factors that give it value.

    When you say worth, do you mean the price of a link on that page?

    apples2apples has a better grasp of PR value if you were to ask me. Since you aren't, I will say this -- there is an exponential increase in PR value between one number and the next. Currently, you reflect only small, incremental jumps while everyone knows that to go from PR6 to PR7 takes a herculean effort never mind what you must do to get to PR8 and above.

    not to derail your idea bud if you honestly think a PR10 link is worth 450$ then you probably shouldn't be making a tool like this.

    I'm assuming you're talking about the value of a link from a PRx site as opposed to the value of "owning" a PRx site, because in the latter case the value will vary wildly. PR isn't a fungible commodity that can be directly exchanged for cash.

    You also have to consider sectors. If I had a PR10 retail/discussion site it'd be worth far more than a PR10 toenail painting technique site. So your primary limiting factor is portability of the PR into the various markets, and how easily monetized those markets are.

    What I'm trying to say is, this is essentially impossible without further information on the sector, competitiveness in that advertizing space, numbers on the CPC of the topic area, etc.

    This doesn't even take into account that PR isn't even a very reliable indicator of back link quality and evaluation anyway.

    Sounds like a lot of bloated prices for PR, here are mine:

    PR0 = $.50

    PR1 = $2

    PR2 = $3

    PR3 = $4

    PR4 = $6

    PR5 = $12

    PR6 = $25

    PR7 = $50

    PR8 = $90

    PR9 = $200

    PR10 = $500
