    Hi all,

I noticed tonight that there were bulletins coming from my myspace account that I did not send, advertising free ringtones or something.

My account wasn't fully "phished," since they didn't change the password and hijack the whole account, but they did send a load of crap to real friends.

I haven't clicked on any links in bulletins or emails, ever, and don't know how this could have happened.

    I have changed the password.

    Anyone else have this happen?
    Any other suggestions/advice?

    Thanks!

    Change account email and password.

phishers dont change account details they just use them to send stuff out. Most people dont even know their account is being used.

He is right ..however,..I now for a fact that the app .."mychanger" allows for it ALL to be changed ..I mean every bit of the account .....and it is used daily on millions of profiles. :(

So make your password stronger..and if it happens again .. keep one of the spams ..and send it to myspace.

They take that very serious and will hunt the concern down.
