    hey all, if you guys could look through my blog and tell me how i can better manage my ads that would be great. i started the blog 2 days ago and have had 346 clicks / visitors, but nothing comin in on the adsense. I know I just started, but i wanna make sure everythings right.

    You might want to give a link to your blog, also do you mean 346 clicks or 346 visitors?

    Between the posts is good. You are displaying one ad unit so far, so you are allowed 2 more per page. Easiest thing to do is reduce the number of posts per page to 2 and then put an ad unit (468 half banner) at the bottom of each of those.
