    Hi
I'm new into web design business and just got a project from a potential client.
Could someone PM me some sample of standard web design/email hosting contracts as reference to start with?
    Any help is appreciated.

Below is a boiler plate example of a web design contract:

    wilsonweb.com/worksheet/pkg-con.htm

The source that it was referred from which includes some other info was:

    provider.com/contracts.htm

Been searching for this for a while because I accept freelance work without contracts and I think I need this one to protect me and my clients.

I have a big question here, you may call me a dumb but I really don't understand how things will work out. I have already made a contract form, however, how I do let him signed where he was located far far from me? Is it ok that I will just let him see the contract and ask him if he agree or not? If ever, how can I argue that he really AGREE the contract I have let him see?

Please advice me :) I know you all know this dumb question...
