Still some placements on top are done properly

 

I would take off or move the two banners you have under the google text link. But I would also remove the big blocks you have on top of the google text links. You already have a link to your forum in the navbar on top and the other ones can also be integrated to the navbar.

Then I would make it a leader board google ad or increase the size of the text link ad.

Forums will soon be a different link on the navbar so the buttons will stay for now.

You need to give me more than that about the unprofessional, you should of seen it before I got my hands on it. You have to realize the niche it is also. All the sites in this niche look like this.

Good job for the top link unit placement. You can also try adding another link unit on the left of your site to test out. Just one addition comment.. your site seems to be loading too slow..

 

I will look into the slow loading KC - seems blazing fast for me, but will look into it.

How would I add another to the left side? Working on reading up on it now.

Added a link unit to the left but due to the background it looks funny with a white background or even a grey one :-(

 

i see one link unit and one small ads unit on your page . if i were , i use bigger ads unit . 250-250 ads unit may help you

I like it but everything is pastel colors and it looks like your ad unit is set to #00000.. maybe try #333333 for a dark gray. Beautiful site though.
