Is this site generated by a CMS?

I frequently see sites that have this exact same look, so I'm wondering if there is some kind of CMS or content-generator people are using for these. If so, which one?

Here is an example site (sorry, I cannot link yet  ): http://www.dw-secrets.com/ but I'm sure you've all seen marketing pages that look nearly identical (style, layout, blocks, etc.) for many different niches.

    Thank you for the help/input!

These idiots will be the death of the internet. Basically they are
stealing other people's content to make it look like a real
page with real information. They can generate millions of pages
automatically and dilute the real content by absconding with
    everyone else's key words.

Recently I got a scathing letter from a man who clicked on a
link that had our URL on it and was one of these. He thought
that we were the ones offering this no-content stuff.

Google should agressively hunt these guys down and ban them
    forever.

    best regards

Okay dude, I'm not sure what you're going on about there, but the page looks like a standard sales page. I'm pretty sure there is software out there that'll create something like this for you. Anyone?

That kind of ebook sales template has been around forever. I am pretty sure that with a bit of research you can find it on google. You don't need a CMS for that, just a simple html editor. Besides most ebooks that you can resell come with such templates pre-made.

Ahh. Thanks for the input everyone. I looked at the code and it was simple enough, I just saw it so often that I figured there was some kind of generator that made that type of output (from a winbloze program or something).

Just out of interest, why is it that EVERY SINGLE ONE of those sites (well all the ones I have seen) have the exact same style?

I am starting to wonder if its just the one guy selling all of these "ebay secrets" and "adsense stratergies" type ebooks! :)

The reason for that, is that they think that's the "standard" format, and therefore, all those eBook sellers do the same, besides a few who come up with their own unique layout.

The trouble with using the "standard" is that every time I follow a link to something thinking it looks interesting, then see that its actually "one of those sites" I just leave without reading! :)

That template on the site is generally what these con artists use. I get fed up of seeing these and good URLS just wasted on them too. I expect they get the pictures from somewhere too.
