    On a slightly different matter it looks like you've got part of the JavaScript (<!--) showing in the ERP resources section - might want to tidy a little. As said above, get rid of the borders.

    Very nicely done! I'd add a footer ad at the bottom just to have a full effect, but then it would too riddled with ads, so I don't know. Good site and ad placement though!

    Hello..use a "Link unit" at the top..that will help define the link look and then slim down your ads so they do not show .. FILLER stuff

    You would be suprised how quick google runs out of adds for three full set like what you have.

    Those advs at the top of the page, I think maybe you can change the title's color to orange to bend into the background.

    I think you should remove the grey border from the ads and maybe make the ad title orange, just like the title of your posts
