    Way too many ads on the top of the page (one is enough) and no ads near text (highest CTR).
    Design is too simple, I do not like it but cannot say I do not like !!
    Try other adsense products like "link units" and "adsense for search"
    Still need to build popularity and traffic...

    I'll agree with that - too many ads all clumped together. The colour of your site means that it wont be easy to blend your ads, but blending is (nearly) always recommended. Try and integrate the ads between your blog posts.

    Stacking ads like that may be against TOS. Even if it's OK, the huge block of ads is kind of ugly.
