Opening an Advertising business

I was thinking about maybe opening a new website for advertisers and publishers. Pay per click and CPM network. Advertisers bid on how much they want to pay per click and publishers put their ads on their pages and earn money based on how much that click was worth.

I would make money of clicks. Percentage goes to me...kind of like adsense but not keyword targetted.

Is it a good idea to start something like that? What would i need? I got the script already. Legal issues?

Very saturated market (by the big players). What will your site bring new to the market?

I think finding publishers will be the easy part, finding the advertisers will be harder.

Of course if you have publishers and no advertisers, then you're in trouble.

There are big players in the market.

However, if you have a strategy and have done your due diligence by performing competitive analysis, then this could be a very lucrative market for you.

Big players means big companies to JV with.
