    I was thinking of doing a free or paid webhosting business. Do free webhosts still make money, or are there too many of them out there? What other things could I do with a big reseller other than webhosting?

    I think that there are too many of them, and hosting is really cheap these days too. So there is alot of competition, and there are many people giving hosting for free.

    Would you bee able to run an image/blog/file hosting site on a reseller or no? Even if its just a smallish one?

    I would suggest you to start a free web hosting and which putting ads on their pages or start a forum to give away hosting and put ads on that forum. If you can compete with the current free host market, i anticipate you can do something good :) But certainly make sure your service is good and people are good enough with the issue.

    Blog hosting might not be too bad in terms of system resources but File and Image Hosting may be better on dedicated servers and can be quite troublesome to host because of the constant need to check if there are copyright materials being hosted.
