An interview would be the way to go in my opinion.

In terms of questions, think about the stuff that you're interested or your readers might like to know. For example, where the idea for the web site came from, how many staff, what are the future aspirations for the web site. You might even want to have some quirky/fun questions to keep it interesting and light hearted... Once you have a general interview format you're happy with, you'll most likely have people contacting you.

Why don't you tell us the list of questions you already thought of instead of asking everyone what questions you should ask? If I told you, I might as well do the interview myself and post it on my site.

The questions that I have in mind are:

What is your real name? (First name and initial is fine)

    Where is your business located?

    What sites do you own?

Do you work from home or do you have an office?

What do you like about that arrangement?

What do you dislike about that arrangement?

    What is your biggest site?

Tell us how you came up with the idea for the site and outline the details of how it developed.

Who is your main site's target market?

What is your site's mission/vision statement?

Tell us a funny or interesting story about your site?

What is your five year goal?

What are your hobbies and interests?
