    What are your skills? The best idea for a domain name with your name in it is to offer some sort of service like web design, seo and that sort of thing.

    well, i am software company owner, but would not like to mention abt my company on my personal site.. I would rather like to put about myself but i am not sure, what I want to put.. that is why, I need ideas.. may be, i put some latest tech/daily news from rss feeds.. some interesting stories, videos.. not exactly blogging.

    Yeah, try not to fill up this forum with that kind of content iul.

    Back to the actual topic though, if you are just going to start a blog or personal site then the site will mainly be a hobby and will not bring you any income. Unless you enjoy doing that, I would focus on your software company.
