    The text above the adsense ad that says "goodies" is not legal, you can't have any text above your adsense ad unless it says "sponsors" or "advertisements"

    As for why he still has adsense, it's probably because they haven't caught him yet. If you want, you can report this to adsense.

    Beside the 250 x 250 ads? No, they're not legal.. the TOS was updated a few months ago stating that you cannot place any images beside adsense ads.

    He'll be banned from adsense eventually ;)
