    I totally agree with you on all points. I read Napoleon Hill's Think and Grow Rich and, as you said, many of the points have been implemented in this masterpiece.

    As for your 4th point... I can only add the following: Outsourcing can be compared to the following scenario:

    Imagine I took you on a boat and you fell in the water there are two things you need to do now to survive:
    First you need to tread water, or you will drown.
    Second you need to swim forward to get back to the shore so you can live on.

    In your business, be it an online or offline venture, it works the same way. You need to know exactly what operations are considered treading water, and which are swimming forward. Outsource whatever is treading water, and swim forward yourself.

    Moreover, I think you greatly explained the importance of planning for businesses. Planning is key to crystallizing goals, setting priorities, and maintaining control. Without all that, you cannot succeed.
    Planning is conceptually rather simple, implementing it is far from easy. And that's where webmasters and other entrepreneurs have to adopt.
