    The 1st thing that jumps out at me is that the ad in the upper LH corner is cut off, making it look 'wierd'. I'd fix it or users may avoid it thinking it "unofficial".

    The overall site layout seemed a bit cluttered and hard on the eyes. I'd play with the text colors and the layout to make it a bit less cluttered as well.
