    Hi,

I have the following website here: http://www.smarcade.com/

The website received 851 page impressions yesterday but only 3 clicks. This is not the best ratio to work of so wondering if you have any ideas on better places to use the ads?

    Cheers,
    Adam

First of all your ad unit at the top is so far away that i doubt it will be noticed y nebody
the second ad unit displays image ads... dont expect much from them.
it wud be a better idea if u manage to resize the boxes which say arcade, action etc and make them the size of an ad unit. now change the font of those lists to make them appear like ads and place it alongside the ads.... brrr i complicate stuff uselessly but if u still dont understand then u can ask me again..

Yes that top banner is too far away. Put them to display only image ads hoping that it grabs users attention.
Put the featured links closer to the games and a left text ads box.

If you decide to try my suggestions please let me know how it went.

    adamjblakey:
I think you r braking adsense TOS by puting adsense under featured links.

3 clicks for 851 impression is good ctr . that means %3 . i suggest you to remove " Featured Links" above the google ads. this is ban reason for big daddy:D

I too use to have lots of impressions but no clicks. I think it's because your site is graphics heavy (people are focused on that rather than your ads, atleast in my site's situation).

The ad on top is kind of hidden, I would try adding it in where the content is, Maybe a seperate table under "Welcome to SM Arcade | Free Flash Games" (since you have some blank area there). You need to place it where the visiter's eyes are focused at.

    Good luck :)
