    Hello all,

Pretty new to the whole online business world and have been searching through the forums reading as much as I can and figured it was time to ask for some direct advice. I'm a college student and after leaving my last job I've decided to work for myself. Started up an online store but looking for advice on what else I should look into doing based off my talents/abilities:

--Graphic: Pretty experienced with graphic work, and programs like illustrator, fireworks and photoshop.

--Research: Don't know if there is anything I could do related to this but researching is something I enjoy to do.

--Time: Think is my best asset, even though I'm in school, have tons of time to dedicate to projects.

    Any guidance is greatly appreciated.

Based of your skils you could do some freelance work. iFreeLance.com is one amongst loads of sites. You could also try buying a website from here or Sitepoint but if your a student I don't know what your financial situation is.

Can I ask what online store you have? You could try and develope it further.

The most important thing today in the online business is SEO.
When you rank your site in search engines, you will have guaranteed traffic daily. :)

You could also consider starting a content site. A site based around something that you enjoy researching. That's what I have done and I currently run 6 sites all based around things that I enjoy reading and writing about.

I just finished putting it up, still a lot I want to do with ti but it can be found at tokyotwo.com

I've been trying to find a simple guide for explaining SEO, which is also pretty new to me and I'm wanting to do it for the site I already have

Something I've been thinking about, even though I'd do it just for fun can these be profitable also?
