Where Can I Find..........?

I am looking for a site to buy turnkey websites similar to prozilla.net. I would rather own the scripts than be a member authorized to use the scripts, but if it is a membership site that is O.K. too.

Does anyone know of some similar sites like prozilla that may offer different or a wider range of websites?
