    The pics are of a different size.. but surrounding the ad with them kind of attracts attention to that area of the site..

    I don't think you will get in too much trouble for this use - a warning at best. That is unless someone reads your post and reports it to google.

    It is against TOS to draw undue attention to advertisements.

    It does look like it's against TOS... a warning isn't as bad as a ban though.

    It is illegal to put images next to ads... ( I ain't gonna report you though I don't really care that much ) So I would take them off just to be safe but you could email google and ask if its alright.

    i agree...its against TOS but i think you can run with it there are still a alot of sites out there that have that, and still not getting any attention from google...;)

    I think you could run with the image underneath but the one on the left may cause problems.

    The image on the left will get you into trouble if they check your site.
    You should at least put some separation line.
    It's not worth it to risk your AdSense account for something like this.

    Thats a nice site you have going there....but definitely dont risk getting banned for such a small thing that probably wont even make a vast difference on CTR.
