I'm Looking For Alternatives to Yahoo! Mail for my Business

I currently run everything (business and personal) through my main Yahoo! email account. As my online business has grown, I'm not comfortable using a free email account for both business and personal.

I'd like to move my business communications to a more professional email service - and I don't care what it costs. It just needs to be fast, reliable, secure, and allow ample storage for messages (and allow me to draft and read emails online). Any suggestions?

Well, why don't you use an email associated with your website ? Check with your web host about the use of webmail too. Most should handle it just nicely.

 

gmail allowed you to add your own domain name to the account so all your incoming and outgoing mail looks like it is coming from your site.

 

I tried that but then all outgoing email looks like they are coming from gmail and if they hit on reply, it goes to my gmail account. Unless they changed that already.

 

contact your webhost, nowadays most of the hosting companies provide premium e-mailing solution. U can access the account by web mail or using a client software such as MS Outlook. It won't cost u much money average monthly costs is around US$ 5.00. This cost include web spaces and many more premium, free, features.

 

Gmail has the option to send outgoing mail through your gmail account using your own email address as the sender. I am currently using my gmail account to handle all my bagspro.com email because
my regular job blocks the web mail program provided by my hosting company.

I don't understand why you don't just use your domain. Go to your host if your not sure how to and they should help you set one (or many) up. All hosts that I know of offer email accounts with hosting. So your website would be www (dot) mysite. com and your email would be myname (at) mysite. com

 

You can find more advanced e-mail solutions at www.usa.net. But I think that e-mail from your hosting provider will be enough at this time. USA.NET is serious e-mail solution.
