according to my little knowledge you need a content page to put adsense on. You can't put adsense ads on a contact page or a page just giving a message to visitor (like thanks for your feed back etc.) so in this way you can't put adsense code in a page having only a single form or in the header of your proxy site; its better to use some CPM ads served by value click/paypopup etc... There are many proxy owners around so i think they can better say some thing about this issue..

Take this with a grain of salt, but I've seen many proxy owners put AdSense on their proxy form page.

I also agree with ravianz, popunders are a great way to monetize the actual proxy surfing. Try Adversal or Paypopup.

It is frowned upon by Google but thousands of publishers do it and I have never heard of anyone getting banned solely for placing code on a proxy site. It's your risk.

You can put adsense ads on the main proxy page (with the form on!) only. You can't put ads in the browsed pages.

Its very easy to put Adversal on a proxy website.

If you go to http://www.trustedproxy.com/ you will find some specific info about this.

PS: The Adversal link has a referral code inside.
