    please review the adsense placement on http://www.all-linkdirectory.com. something's wrong, too low CTR. it looks ok to me but.. would like to know more opinions.

    put away the rectangle ad in the sub sections! use half banners above between and below the results of the subsections.

    the menu bar is a little big to me, and does not blend with your links in your ads...:p

    i only see one ad unit "above the fold" (meaning in a place where you don't have to scroll down to see it. And that unit has a large text ad, so it doesn't really look like content.
    Try putting a Horiz. Link unit in the grey bar where you have "all links directory". You may have to make that bar a solid color and loose the gradient, but i think it will help your CTR.

    Also, try putting a small button text unit in the main section above the fold. Between the "business" and "computers" section may be good, b/c then it is mixed in with the content and people will notice it as they scan.

    Give those a shot and track results for a week and see what happens. if it doesn't work, try something else.

    It's all about expirimenting. Remeber, you can always change what you try, so it can't hurt to try it.
