    I guess you know the importance of English :)

    It can be professional nationally, but unprofessional internationally! If the company targets to national customers it is ok but as far as i read and think they (should) target international market.

    As mean of communication in absence of another language both parties understand? Yes.

    Apparently they arent targetting international customers but only those from german speaking regions (otherwise the site would offer its content most probably also in other languages). Is YouTube unprofessional because its site is only in English?
