A couple of things - you haven't got a sidebar skyscraper - get one. Sidebars tend to do well if they are blended. Loose the leaderboard at the top and try putting some banner units blended between some of your inspirational quotes instead.

Sounds good. I have been considering that for a long time.

Hmm .. skycraper on the right hand side is a good idea too.

Thanks for those advice. I think it seems like that's all I need:)

I would place the 468*60 ad just under the "Inspirational Success Quotes" text.

You may want to put some text link ads right at the top, where it says " Inspirational Quotes" and blend them in.

Yes, i was thinking in the similar way but I don't want the ads to be standing in the way too much. so i'll wait the result of the new ads placement first. if it's lower than waht i hope, i'll move on to this idea.
yup. I was thinking of getting rid of that nav bar altogether and replace it by text links. unfortunately, from my experience, site in this niche tends to get 1cent click from text link ads.
will do. thanks for the compliment, but it's CountryBoy's idea. so good on him. so far, there's around 1% increase in CTR.

--p/s greens been given to all but Ratman2050 (had exhausted my rep count for today)

I'd tend to put some more text at the top, ie text about your site that includes keywords as part of it. That way, Google will display more relevant ads on your site, and people are more likely to click.

Anyways, it worked for our free dating site, www.gofishdating.com

Thanks. I believe you saw all those Pressure Cooker ads served by Google at that page of mine. :D

Yes, I got to add some more text below the title so that there are more relevant ads.

    Thanks a lot! :)

I would suggest to make the Google Links blue so they look like a hyperlink.

Some users maybe think this is "only" a headline and don't click the link ;)

You got a point there Frobber. I'll think it over since I don't want too much color in there, However, if it boost the page's CTR, I really dont' mind :D
